They won’t get their valuable time wasted,
They won’t be in a room with 20, 50, 100+ other people with no chance of getting their questions answered,
They won’t get an ongoing sales pitch trying to sell them books, audio or video tapes, CD’s or DVD’s,
They won’t get spoken at all day - our programs are fully participative and interactive and we don’t work on a rigid system that dictates that at 11:07 we must be one page x of the workbook - we leave that to the training material presenters - we believe it’s not something “real Trainers” with a wealth of experience do, that’s why we like small groups we can “work and interact with!”

You still haven’t told me how much? $197 per person per day. That’s right JUST $197. And before you ask, here’s what that includes; A full days training, program workbook and reference book, attendance certificate, PLUS attendees also get a 30 day post-program email support (we don’t believe one day fixes everything nor do we like the typical “you’ve done the course now swim or sink”, so we give ongoing support - we don’t know of any training company that offers this at this price!)

For the first time ever - we are offering “Open” training seminars to businesses here in SW Florida. Normally we work exclusively with businesses and organizations “In-house”, training employees in a variety of management and personal skill development areas. NOW for the first time ever, we are offering the same training to you and your employees at a fraction of the cost we would normally charge for our in-house work.
Why are we doing this? We know from many years of experience, that when businesses are in a financial crunch, the training budget is one of the first things that gets reduced or cut. Training isn’t always seen as an Investment, mostly as an expense, then you cut staff to save even more. So now you have fewer staff trying to do more, often with no better results than you had before you started cutting staff and budgets. The reason for poorer results is often a result of undervalued and under trained employees. Basically, all businesses are the same - they comprise a group of people working together towards a common end - a profitable business! Yet some seem to do better than others - why? Research continually shows that businesses of any size, have a better chance of prospering in tough times when they have a motivated and well trained workforce. One and two day training seminars are expensive, knowledge and skills come at a price, if they didn’t, doctors, lawyers, accountants and other professionals would be working for a fraction of what they currently charge. Many training professionals operate the same way. However, at Potentia we like to get creative and do things a little different. We are no different to you. Like you,we like to do business with those we like and feel have helped us when we needed it. We believe that if we help businesses now, they will remain clients and allow us the opportunity to work wit them more in the future - naive - maybe, but we feel it’s worth the effort.
So, what’s the deal? Our “in-house” fees run into thousands of dollars per day. We will offer our “OPEN” Seminars at a fraction of the cost - why - because “in-house” work is usually highly customized to meet very specific criteria related to company needs, business goals and objectives. The seminars will be of a more general nature in their content BUT we will only take six people at a time on each seminar session. YES - 6 PEOPLE ONLY per session!
Okay - now you’ve got some serious questions - right? That’s fine and to be expected. Let’s see if we can anticipate some of them and answer them for you here:

Training dollars are hard enough to find as it is, so when they are available the should be invested not wasted!
